See how they grow!
This page shows how incredibly quickly a baby rabbit grows from birth until ten weeks old.
The litter shown was born in March 2008
from Nutmeg and Tango.
The bunny on the right is Crunchie, one that we kept.

The photos below are of babies from Marmalade and Holly, born in August 2007:
Just four days old, their fur is starting to grow, but they will not be able to hear for another two days and will not be able to see for another six days.
Here they are at fifteen days old, just starting to move around a little bit, they weigh between 6 and 7 ounces each.
Now at 22 days old, they are much more active, starting to come out of the nest and nibble at hay and green food. Most weigh 9 to 10 ounces. This is my favourite age, they are so cute and fluffy!
They are now 28 days old, most weigh 13 to 15 ounces. They are starting to develop their own personalities now, and some are cheeky!
These photos were taken at 36 days old, each baby in this litter now weighs between 1lb 3oz and 1lb 8oz!
They are eating me out of house and home!
These photos were taken at 43 days old, each baby in this litter now weighs between 1lb 11oz and 2lb 1oz!
It is getting very difficult to sit them still for taking photos!
These photos were taken at 51 days old, each baby in this litter now weighs between 2lb and 2lb 7oz!
Nutmeg was taken away from her babies at this age, so that they had a week on their own before going to their new homes.
These photos were taken at 57 days old, each baby weighs between
2lb 6oz and 2lb 13oz! Many went off to their new homes at this age.
Here are the ones I am running on at ten weeks old, they now weigh between 3lb 2oz and 3lb 8oz! They look almost as big as Nutmeg!
